A luxury retail company in Dubai is seeking an organized individual to support inventory management and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock levels, receiving deliveries, and ensuring a tidy stockroom. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to guidelines, and the ability to assist in stocktake preparations. The position is full-time and starts on December 3, 2024.

• Ensure stockroom is organized and internal processes are followed.
• Assist the Stock Manager with stock take preparations.
• Check stock received for discrepancies and quality.
• Attach barcodes to products per guidelines.

Description

• Responsible for supporting the smooth running of the business by maintaining stock levels to business requirement
• Receiving deliveries and ensuring the stockroom is clear, tidy and all internal systems and processes are maintained and adhered to.
• Operations : Hang, attach and remove fixtures and fittings as requested.
• Support the set up and maintenance of shop floor, offices, stock rooms and other areas of the store.
• Attach barcode to each product as per the company and brand guidelines.
• Assist the Stock Manager (where applicable) with the preparation for the store stock take.
• Report and label the damaged stock and place it in the designated area in the stockroom.
• Standards : Check all stock received from warehouse / stores as per company guidelines and report discrepancies and defect to the manager...
• Receive merchandize, count it physically and electronically in order to ensure accuracy of information and inspect its quality to report discrepancies
