A leading ecommerce platform in Dubai is seeking a Growth Lead to drive revenue growth and manage strategic vendor partnerships. This role involves expanding product assortments, maximizing visibility, and ensuring vendor profitability. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce and strong analytical skills. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with senior executives.
Role Overview
As Growth Lead you will take end-to-end ownership of 2 3 of our most strategic vendor partners. You will be accountable for driving commercial growth strengthening vendor partnerships and delivering operational excellence. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution to ensure vendors outperform on revenue margin assortment visibility and customer experience.
Drive Partner Growth: Own vendor revenue margin and growth plans ensuring commercial targets are exceeded.
Lead Assortment & Launches: Expand product ranges secure exclusives and orchestrate new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure Supply Health: Safeguard availability optimize fulfilment and proactively manage ageing and at-risk inventory.
Maximize Visibility & Conversion: Secure prime on-site placements oversee campaign ROI and continuously improve content quality and conversion rates.
Deliver Profitability & Governance: Monitor margins track vendor-funded investments and ensure accurate reporting and data-driven reviews.
Champion Market Insights: Benchmark against competitors share market trends and recommend pricing or assortment strategies that create an edge.
Consistently delivering double-digit GMV and margin growth for assigned vendors.
Expanding assortment with high-performing and exclusive products that strengthen Mumzworld s leadership position.
Maintaining strong availability and fulfilment rates with minimal lost sales or ageing stock.
Driving best-in-class campaign ROI and conversion improvements through strong visibility and content excellence.
Building trusted long-term partnerships where vendors view Mumzworld as their #1 growth partner.
Being recognized internally as a commercial growth driver who brings solutions insights and results.
3 5 years experience in ecommerce brand category or account management (GCC exposure preferred).
Proven track record of delivering growth and managing vendor profitability.
Strong analytical skills; confident with forecasting KPIs and performance tracking.
Excellent communicator and influencer comfortable working with senior executives.
Proactive data-driven and thrives in fast-paced results-oriented environments.
