Strategic Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of business strategies for all subsidiaries (construction, cabinetry, and furniture).
- Translate the Group CEO’s vision into actionable operational plans and performance targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas.
- Ensure all companies operate in alignment with group-wide standards, policies, and strategic priorities.
Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of each business unit to ensure high productivity, efficiency, and quality delivery.
- Implement operational systems, processes, and best practices across all subsidiaries.
- Oversee production planning, project scheduling, site management, and logistics coordination.
- Review weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports and ensure timely corrective actions.
Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost management for each subsidiary.
- Monitor P&L performance, cash flow, and financial KPIs, ensuring profitability across the group.
- Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure financial discipline and compliance.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and operational efficiencies.
Business Development & Client Relations
- Support sales, marketing, and business development teams to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, partners, and suppliers.
- Represent the group at major client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and quality standards are consistently met.
Human Resource & People Management
- Provide leadership and mentorship to department heads and subsidiary managers.
- Ensure adequate staffing, talent development, and succession planning.
- Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability.
- Oversee performance reviews, disciplinary procedures, and employee welfare across the group.
Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, environmental, and safety requirements across all sites and factories.
- Implement risk management frameworks and conduct periodic audits.
- Ensure all products (cabinetry, furniture) and projects meet quality standards.
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly business performance reports to the Group CEO / Board.
- Coordinate reporting standards across subsidiaries.
Ensure transparent documentation, record-keeping, and governance structures throughout operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or related) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 8 years in senior management within construction, manufacturing, or furniture / cabinetry industries.
- Strong understanding of production processes, construction project management, and retail operations.
- Excellent financial management and P&L oversight
Proven track record in managing multi-company or multi-department operations.
