Job description

Overview

To lead and manage the Group’s overall commercial and procurement functions, ensuring profitability, cost efficiency, contractual compliance, and effective supply chain management across all subsidiaries and projects. The role is responsible for defining commercial and procurement strategy aligned with the Group’s business objectives and growth plans.

Experience

• Minimum 15–20 years experience in commercial management within the construction industry.
• Proven Group-level leadership experience managing multiple projects and subsidiaries.
• Strong exposure to procurement leadership and supply chain management.
• Extensive experience in the Local / GCC construction market.
• Experience with a General Contractor or Real Estate Developer is essential
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
