Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics and motion designs tailored to real estate marketing campaigns including property listings promotional videos and social media content.
• Create visually appealing designs for brochures flyers email campaigns and website banners.
• Develop engaging motion graphics for video content virtual tours and presentations.
• Utilize AI-based tools to streamline design processes and generate innovative content.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in design motion graphics and real estate marketing.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand standards and is optimized for different platforms including print web and social media.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Motion Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design and motion design within the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with AI tools for graphic and video design (e.g. MidJourney, Runway or similar tools) is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in real estate design projects including static graphics and motion designs.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography and color theory.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to translate ideas into visually stunning designs.
