Qualifications

• Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
• Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
• As part of AECOM's commitment to Emiratisation, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered.
