Overview

A well-established premium lifestyle hospitality group in Dubai is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all operational, commercial, and people functions of the business. This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role for a commercially minded hospitality professional with a strong operational background and a proven ability to deliver consistently high guest experiences. The General Manager will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining brand standards, and building a strong, accountable leadership culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre‑opening responsibilities.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning across all departments.
  • Oversee daily operations across FOH, BOH and guest experience functions.
  • Provide clear leadership and direction to department heads to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction and overall operational flow.
  • Maintain full financial oversight, including food cost, labour cost, expenses and cash controls.
  • Ensure accurate sales reporting, cash handling and budget compliance in collaboration with finance.
  • Drive training and service excellence across FOH teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams on brand visibility, campaigns and digital presence.
  • Oversee planning and delivery of events in line with brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and local authority regulations.
  • Oversee POS systems, SOP implementation, and operational systems training.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and venue appearance.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: AED 17,000–20,000 per month (DOE).
  • Accommodation: Live‑out.

Additional Information

This role is based in Dubai and is only suited to candidates currently in the region. Only candidates with relevant senior hospitality management experience will be considered.

Eligibility & Experience
  • 5–8 years’ experience in a senior hospitality management role within premium or high‑volume venues.
  • Proven experience leading large, multi‑functional teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with hands‑on cost control and budgeting experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working closely with marketing, PR and events teams.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE health, safety and compliance requirements.
  • Guest‑focused, commercially driven, and operationally disciplined.
  • Pre‑opening experience.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Currently within the UAE.
