Location : Dubai

Salary : AED 20,000 – AED 23,000 per month (Tax free) + bonus + 22 days annual leave + public holidays

Are you an experienced leader in the fitness industry with a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences? We are looking for a General Manager to lead a high-performing team and oversee the full operation of a premium fitness studio in Dubai.

About the Role

As General Manager , you will be responsible for leading every aspect of the studio’s success – from managing and inspiring the team, to driving revenue and ensuring a best-in-class experience for every member. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to build and maintain a vibrant studio culture.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing studio team across front-of-house and coaching staff

Culture & Standards : Set the tone and uphold the values, standards, and energy of the studio

Sales & Membership Growth : Drive new member acquisition and revenue growth through strong local marketing, lead conversion, and community outreach

Client Retention : Develop and implement retention strategies that keep members engaged, supported, and loyal

Operational Oversight : Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, with a consistent focus on quality, cleanliness, and safety

Performance Management : Monitor KPIs across sales, retention, and member satisfaction – and use data to guide decisions

Client Experience : Lead from the front by being visible, approachable, and actively engaged in the member journey
