A leading engineering company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 5–8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, and expertise with SAP PM for work order management. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of gas plants and pipeline systems.
• Strong expertise in maintenance of mechanical equipment, including static and rotary equipment.
• Experience using SAP PM for maintenance work orders is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Lead mechanical technicians and ensure work is performed safely.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and safety procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Perform troubleshooting and support root cause analysis.
• Verify job quality and conduct inspections.
• Support inventory control and spare management.
• Prepare and close maintenance work orders and reports.
• Support plant start-up and emergency maintenance activities.
• Provide on-the-job training to technicians.
