Responsibilities
  • Maintain the front desk stocked with all the supplies it needs, including paper, pens, and forms.
  • Welcome and greet visitors.
  • Respond to inquiries and grievances.
  • Respond to all incoming calls, reroute them, or retain messages.
  • Get and distribute letters, packages, and other items.
  • Prepare mail for delivery by writing letters, wrapping packages, etc.
  • Examine, arrange, and distribute emails.
  • Keep an eye on your office supplies and schedule orders as needed. Maintain accurate records and files.
