Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to help us attract and hire the best talent in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in various roles. This is a flexible and remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere and manage your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and making job offers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the UAE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
