The Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by providing prompt, friendly, and efficient service. She ensures guests enjoy a lively and safe nightlife experience while upholding the service standards.

Day to Day Responsibilities
Guest Service & Operations
  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their designated tables or seating areas.
  • Take orders accurately and serve beverages and snacks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, promotions, and signature drinks.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and report to the supervisor when necessary.
Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure responsible service of alcohol and follow hotel policies and local regulations.
  • Monitor guest behavior and report any unsafe or inappropriate actions to the manager or security team.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service stations, and the overall outlet.
Teamwork & Coordination
  • Coordinate closely with bartenders, runners, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support colleagues during busy hours to maintain high service standards.
  • Participate in pre-shift briefings and follow instructions from the supervisor.
Cash Handling
  • Process bills accurately and handle payments through POS systems.
  • Follow cash-handling procedures and ensure correct billing for all orders.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Waitress, preferably in nightlife outlets such as clubs, lounges, or discotheques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
  • Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to work late-night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of beverages and cocktails is an advantage.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long hours.
  • Ability to carry trays and handle multiple orders.
