Founder's Associate
Role Overview

We are hiring aFounder’s Associate (Executive & Brand Assistant) to support the Founder across all facets of the brand—from creative development and marketing to e-commerce, order management, events, product logistics and communication.

This is ahigh-visibility, hands-on rolefor someone who thrives in a creative environment, is highly organised, and is excited to grow with a premium lifestyle brand. It is anin-office role in Dubai (5 days a week), with additional presence required for pop-ups, exhibitions and key events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shadow the Founder duringshoots, meetings, showroom visits and events.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, appointments and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and timelines across vendors, collaborators and internal workflows.
  • Take notes during meetings and ensure execution of action items.
🔹 Orders, Customer Experience & Operations
End-to-end Order Management
  • Own thefull order flowacross:
  • Website (Shopify)
  • WhatsApp / Instagram / email orders
  • Ensure every order is correctly logged, packed accurately and dispatched on time.
  • Liaise with courier partners, track deliveries and troubleshoot delays.
  • Handle basic customer queries and after-sales in awarm, professional tonethat reflects Studio Earth’s voice.
Product & Operations
  • Assist withinventory trackingof products, samples, packaging and catalogues.
  • Maintain accurate stock records for both online and offline channels; flag low stock and fast-moving SKUs.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners in the UAE and India for product movement and replenishment.
  • Managegifting drops, corporate orders, order fulfilment and pop-up prep.
  • Source and liaise with vendors for printing, events, merchandising and packaging.
🔹 Pop-Ups, Exhibitions & Events
  • Support the planning and execution ofbrand events, pop-ups, exhibitions and workshops
  • Be physically present for:
  • Set-up and breakdown
  • Styling and merchandising of the Studio Earth space
  • On-site sales support and order logging
  • Real-time stock checks and daily sales summaries
  • Prepareevent inventories, packing lists and simple post-event reports.
🔹 Marketing & Brand Coordination
  • Support the execution ofmarketing campaignsacross social, email and print.
  • Liaise with photographers, stylists and designers for brand shoots.
  • Maintain thecontent calendarand assist with caption writing and content creation.
  • Coordinate behind-the-scenes documentation at events and shoots (video, photos, notes).
  • Help keep theShopifystore updated with correct product information, images, pricing and stock status.
  • Organise and maintain brand assets on Google Drive and social platforms.
  • Help manageInstagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn(posting, engagement, DMs, basic replies).
  • Assist with draftingblog posts, email newsletters and product descriptions.
  • Track basic social and website performance and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in planning and executing launches, private previews and styling sessions.
  • Support the styling of Studio Earth tablescapes at launches and shoots.
  • Help manageguest lists, RSVPs and on-site logistics.
  • Prepare and dispatchPR giftswith handwritten notes and personalised touches.
  • Track influencer posts, mentions and media responses.
  • Maintain and updateCRM, media and influencer contact lists.
  • Assist in drafting thank-you notes, WhatsApp messages and follow-ups, in a tone that feels personal yet professional.
  • Assist in preparingpresentations, marketing decks, lookbooks and brand reports.
  • File invoices, receipts and documentation in an organised manner.
  • Create and maintainchecklists, SOPs and trackersso that projects run smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.
What We’re Looking For
  • Based inDubaiand able to workin the office 5 days a week, with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends during major shows and pop-ups.
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented– you enjoy structure, lists and timelines.
  • Strongattention to detailin both operations (orders, stock, logistics) and aesthetics (styling, packaging, presentation).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsin English.
  • Familiarity with:
  • Shopifyor similar e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a strong plus)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Instagram and basic social media management
  • Canva or similar design tools (nice to have, not mandatory)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn across diverse tasks - from packing a last-minute order to assisting at a styled shoot.
  • Ability to managemultiple priorities calmly, especially in the lead-up to events, launches and exhibitions.
  • A genuine interest indesign, lifestyle, interiors, gifting or luxury hospitality.

  • Location:Dubai, UAE
  • Timing:Full-time, in-office (5 days/week), with flexibility around key events and exhibitions.
  • Environment:Small, founder-led team; close collaboration and exposure across all areas of the brand.
