Responsibilities

  • Assist the Food Safety team with daily hygiene checks across all Food & Beverage Outlets.
  • Ensure that food handling colleagues follow proper personal hygiene and grooming standards.
  • Ensure all food deliveries meet quality, temperature, and labelling requirements.
  • Provide support in maintaining and updating the Food Safety records.
  • Coordinate with third party laboratory and organize food sampling.
  • Assist in sample collection and follow-up on laboratory results.
  • Observe and report any non-compliances to the Food Safety team.
  • Support pest management and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Assist in monitoring cleaning and sanitizing procedures.

Skills

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Basic understanding of food safety principles
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Education

Degree or postgraduate diploma in Food Microbiology, Food Science, or Food Technology
