Overview

Luxury 5* Hotel based in Dubai is looking for a Food & Beverage Ambassador.

You will be acting as the first point of contact to handle guest queries, process modifications and coordinate with kitchen / service staff for smooth guest experiences, requiring excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional dining service across restaurants, lounges, and in-room dining.
• Assists guests with menu selections, dietary requirements and service preferences while ensuring efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service.
• Maintains cleanliness, service standards and contributes to a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
• Previous experience in luxury hotel / fine dining settings
• At least 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Language: Fluency in English is essential, with other languages being a bonus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with booking systems.
