Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Floor Manager to oversee front‑of‑house operations for a restaurant in Qatar. The role involves managing service staff, ensuring high guest satisfaction, and maintaining smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, captains, hosts, and support staff
• Ensure consistently high standards of guest service and promptly resolve feedback or complaints
• Manage reservations, walk‑ins, table turnover, and guest flow to optimize seating capacity
• Enforce staff grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards at all times
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
• Monitor daily floor operations and support staff during peak service hours

Salary: 100000 INR Per Month

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Floor Manager or Restaurant Supervisor
• Proven experience managing front‑of‑house teams in high‑volume casual or fine‑casual restaurants
• Prior work experience in Qatar or other GCC countries is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of FOH operations, service standards, and guest experience management
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Knowledge of Hindi and Malayalam is an added advantage
• Candidates from Kerala are preferred
