Job summary

A prestigious aviation training organization in Dubai is seeking a qualified Pilot Instructor to conduct ground and simulator training. This role requires a strong background in aviation, excellent instructional skills, and certifications such as ATPL or CPL. Join our team to inspire and lead the next generation of pilots in a world-class training environment. Candidates with TRI/TRE qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong instructional skills with excellent operational and technical knowledge of Bombardier aircraft.
  • ATPL for Instructor / Examiner positions. CPL for Instructor positions only.
  • Ability to motivate and support learners in a professional training environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ground school and full-flight simulator instruction.
  • Deliver effective and compliant training per regulatory and company standards.
  • Report any deviations from standards to the Head of Standards.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Assist in quality checks on training devices.

Emirates-CAE Flight Training (ECFT) the joint venture between CAE and Emirates Airlines provides world‑class pilot and maintenance technician training to commercial airlines business jet and helicopter operators. ECFT opened its first training center in 2003 and has grown into two campuses; Al Garhoud and Silicon Oasis inaugurated in 2013 and expanded since. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ground school and full‑flight simulator instruction shaping the next generation of pilots.
  • Deliver effective and compliant training in accordance with regulatory and company standards ensuring the highest level of safety and excellence.
  • Report any deviations from standards to the Head of Standards maintaining our commitment to quality and safety.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Assist in performing quality checks on training devices guaranteeing the best training experience for our students.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong instructional skills with preferred excellent operational and technical knowledge of Bombardier aircraft.
  • ATPL (have or held) for Instructor / Examiner positions. CPL (have or held) for Instructor positions only.
  • Ability to motivate and support learners in a professional training environment.
  • TRI / TRE qualifications are an advantage for relevant applicants.
