Skills

🔨 Carpenters – Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry (rough & finishing)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and measurements
• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of formwork, shuttering, and wood structures
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Basic safety awareness
• Physically fit and able to handle labor tasks

🧰 Helpers – Skills & Requirements

• Ability to assist carpenters and other workers on site
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to lift and move materials
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Prior construction experience is a plus

🚚 Drivers – Skills & Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license (specify type if needed)
• Safe and responsible driving habits
• Ability to transport workers/materials as required
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
• Knowledge of UAE routes (preferred)
• Punctual and reliable

🪚 Foreman Carpenter – Skills & Requirements

• Strong carpentry background with supervisory experience
• Ability to manage and guide a team of carpenters/helpers
• Good understanding of construction drawings and project schedules
• Ability to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills
