MedNet’s Finance department safeguards and manages the organization’s financial integrity and sustainability. Its core functions encompass strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, performance management, treasury and capital management, accounting and financial reporting, procurement and accounts payable, credit management, and corporate tax compliance. The department ensures the prudent allocation of resources, effective risk management, and the ongoing financial stability and growth of the organization. Operating as a shared services centre for all legal entities and business units, the finance team comprises over 20 professionals.
The Financial Controller is responsible for the integrity of the company’s financial records, timely financial close, and accurate internal and external reporting. Reporting to the CFO, the role ensures strong financial governance, robust internal controls, statutory compliance, and high-quality financial information to support management decision-making.
