Job description

The Finance Reconciliation Coordinator plays a key role in managing financial transactions between medical providers, insurance companies, and internal finance teams to ensure timely and accurate claims payments.
This position supports the reconciliation process, works closely with insurance companies and medical providers to resolve any discrepancies and ensure all claims are settled accurately.
The coordinator also will alert and update the Payers about the status of their outstanding payments to the Providers, assist in tracking receivables and ensures smooth claim payment processing

What you do :
  • Consistently produces exceptional reports from all payers
  • Provides weekly updates on the status of all outstanding claims aging, both locally and internationally
  • Monitors the flow of claims aging payments from all payers
  • Collaborates internally to ensure accurate and constructive feedback for each reconciliation request
  • Maintains strong, positive relationships with both Payers and Providers
  • Escalates issues that require management attention
  • Organizes all data and files for quick and easy access
  • Optimize data flow and storage across systems through effective Data Management
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Proficient in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
  • Excellent communication and correspondence skills
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • A collaborative team player.
