Overview

Position Title : Financial Manager
Location : Abu Dhabi
Department : Finance & Accounting
Reporting To : CFO

Position Summary: Seeking a highly experienced Financial Manager with over years of expertise in financial management, preferably within the manufacturing sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading financial operations, ensuring compliance, driving cost efficiency, and providing strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.

Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience: Minimum years in financial management roles, with a strong track record in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or recognized professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge and Expertise: Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, costing models, and financial controls. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and financial reporting. Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced financial tools.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Core Skills: Strategic and analytical thinking; strong leadership and people management; excellent communication and presentation abilities; high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
