Finance Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive to oversee and manage daily financial operations, ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, and support strategic decision-making through accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in group companies or family-owned businesses, a strong grasp of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and verify daily financial transactions, including journals, accounts payable, and receivables.
  • Ensure accurate and timely daily data entry into the accounting system.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports with detailed variance analysis.
  • Reconcile bank statements and intercompany accounts.
  • Monitor VAT and Corporate Tax compliance for own set of companies and support other team members.
  • Manage and securely archive financial documents for audits and reviews.
  • Support and complete the year-end audit process by providing required documentation and reports.
  • Manage banking transactions, including initiation on the bank platform and master bank data management.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal financial policies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 8 -10 years experience in a similar finance role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally/SAP).
  • Adaptable to working in a multi-company environment.
  • Strong integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Team player with experience working in diverse teams.
