Job Purpose:

The Finance Analyst will support the DSD Finance Department by executing a variety of finance‑related operational activities. This role is responsible for organizing and managing financial data and documentation to support accurate and timely reporting to key stakeholders including senior leadership. The analyst will also contribute to compliance initiatives ensuring adherence to internal controls and financial policies across the department.

Main Responsibilities:
Operations Support
  • Supports management and various stakeholders by providing quality data reports as may be requested.
  • Manages internal documents and data to provide insightful information to key stakeholders.
  • Supports the implementation of operational efficiencies through Lean Projects.
Financing Solutions

Support the Enterprise Strategy on creating and managing financing programs:

  • Implement monthly drawdown requirements of existing Financing Programs.
  • Support the governance of the existing Programs.
Others

The incumbent will be called upon from time to time to support various projects within the organization.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
  • Requires a Finance, Business Administration, Economics or accounting college degree.
  • Minimum two (2) years practical experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills mainly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Data analytical skills.
