A major UAE real estate company is seeking a Field Sales Representative to manage car sales. We are looking to hire enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Representative to manage our car sales. They will be part of our Cars segment and will be meeting buyers and sellers to generate revenue through car sales. We are looking for strong negotiators with excellent communication skills and ability to drive sales.


Our Sales Representatives act as a mediator between the company and clients to achieve targeted sales and margins. In addition, they must possess strong communication and negotiation abilities to increase closing ratio.


In this role, you will:


  • Build strong relationship with our clients (Sellers and buyers)
  • Present the cars features and demonstration (test drive) during field viewings.
  • Work closely with our finance, insurance and transfer team to ensure success of vehicle transfer.
  • Identifying customer's needs before making recommendations.
  • Assist with clients queries and questions via phone, email during the viewings.
  • Understand the motors market and its various audiences.
  • Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve the closing ratio.
  • Promote various models as per the interest of the buyers.
  • Understand the inspection report before starting your viewings and explain to the customers the vehicle condition, service, warranty and history professionally.
  • Share the inspection report with our buyers.
  • Update the viewings and add the comments on the system accurately and on time.
