The Role

Job Details: Field Sales Executive (Outdoor Sales)

We are a Building Materials Trading Company located in Sharjah, UAE (HBS Greenauz Building Materials Trading LLC), seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive for B2B sales. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling building materials field sales, a valid UAE driving license, and familiarity with the local roads and routes. Knowledge of basic building materials, strong sales management skills, and excellent communication abilities will be advantageous.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Build customer relationships, follow up on leads, maximize sales opportunities, and encourage repeat business.
  • Continuously seek new opportunities to drive business growth and close sales to meet targets.
  • Independently increase sales and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients.

Job Nature: Permanent, Full-Time

Monthly Salary: AED 3000-3500, plus sales incentives, visa, transportation, accommodation, and insurance benefits.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, sales operations, or sales support, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience.
  • Valid UAE driving license and familiarity with UAE roads and routes.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Ability to prepare sales reports and relevant documentation.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Available immediately.
