Job summary

A premier venue management company in the UAE seeks a candidate for a freelancer role to assist the F&B premium manager. Must have a degree in Hospitality/Management, 2+ years experience in similar roles, and excellent communication skills. The venue is Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, a top location for major events. This role involves
  • Assist the F&B premium manager in the continuous development of new service techniques to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and improving per person spending at minimum operating costs.

This role is on a freelancer agreement, and it requires the candidate to have their own visa / sponsorship. A detailed job description can be found below.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality / Management or another related field
EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in events or hotel industry.
  • Experience in managing team and its initiatives.
  • Fluent in English.
