Responsibilities

• Provide analysis of F&B stores consumption.
• Input all purchases, invoices, and inventories into the computer.
• Conduct physical inventory checks and spot-checks.
• Control stock transfers and ensure requisitions are followed.
• Prepare voyage report for F&B Manager.
