Kaizen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Experience Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
  • Community management, including financial management, maintenance, and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and owners association bylaws.
  • Ensure service providers compliance with company SLAs and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize the buildings under management.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive initiatives related to sustainability, environmental stewardship, and technology integration.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, vendors, and authorities.
  • Regularly assess the performance and efficiency of building operations.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal developments.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in owners association management.
  • Certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM).
  • Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners' associations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management and reporting.
  • Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
  • Technologically savvy with experience in property management software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
