About the role

In this role, you will support the sales team in managing and growing leisure travel business for Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal. You’ll work closely with Account Directors, Sales Managers and Assistant Managers to nurture existing international accounts, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships across global leisure markets. The role also involves coordinating site inspections and FAM trips, supporting sales activity, and managing communications with contracted and non‑contracted tour operator partners.

About you

The successful candidate will have 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5‑star resort and a genuine passion for leisure sales and the hospitality sector. You have excellent written and spoken English, strong organisational and administrative skills, and a flair for sales. You are proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with systems such as Delphi, able to prioritise effectively, and handle sensitive situations with professionalism. You’re self‑motivated, flexible, and speaking a second language would be an advantage.
