Overview

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to support a young founder based in Dubai. This is an in‑office role designed to remove distractions, manage day‑to‑day logistics, and protect the founder’s time so they can stay focused on high‑impact work.

This role suits someone who thrives on structure, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in making someone else more productive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments
  • Book meetings, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and manage follow‑ups
  • Handle inbox management, including drafting and responding to emails when required
  • Order meals, manage daily logistics, and handle ad‑hoc personal tasks during working hours
  • Coordinate travel, transport, and bookings as needed
  • Run errands and assist with day‑to‑day operational tasks
  • Drive the founder when required (must be a confident driver in Dubai)
  • Support research tasks, note‑taking, and organisation of information
  • Ensure the founder’s time is structured, efficient, and uninterrupted
  • Act as a trusted right hand, keeping things moving smoothly throughout the day
