A well-established private office in Dubai is seeking an exceptional executive personal assistant to support the principal with diary management, travel planning, and logistical coordination. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role, demonstrates excellent English language skills, and is proficient with the latest software and AI tools. This role demands strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor. Preference will be given to candidates already residing in Dubai.
On behalf of a well‑established private office, we are looking for an exceptional executive personal assistant to work for the principal.
Core responsibilities will be diary management, travel planning and travel, restaurant and event reservations. Household staff management and coordination and overseeing contractors, repairs, and property related matters. Managing personal and family lifestyle logistics. Dealing with third‑party providers and clients on behalf of the principal. Managing expenses, dealing with online shopping, purchases and sourcing of products.
To be eligible for this role, you will need to have worked in a similar role for a private office. Be computer literate with experience of the latest software, including AI tools for research and other tasks. Possess excellent English written and spoken; another language will be beneficial but not essential. Strong organisational skills and multi‑tasking abilities. Advanced problem‑solving and resourcefulness. This interesting and varied position requires someone who does not rely on micromanagement and is therefore self‑motivated and driven with an excellent initiative to solve problems. Be calm under pressure and emanate a professional and respectful manner with all staff and clients.
