Job summary

A leading real estate company in the United Arab Emirates is looking for an Administrator - Hospitality. The role involves planning and coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements, and supporting communication functions. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as Administrator to the Director.
  • Experience in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and appointments with guests.
  • Keep the Director informed of appointments.
  • Ensure reports are on hand prior to meetings.
  • Manage travel arrangements including flights and accommodations.
  • Ensure equipment in Executive Offices is functioning properly.
