Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily office functioning.
  • Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Maintain and update administrative records files databases and documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails letters and courier packages.
  • Support onboarding activities for new joiners by preparing workstations arranging system access and ensuring all documentation/tools are ready.
  • Assist in organizing company events workshops and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and administrative standards.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to support office operations.
  • Prepare reports presentations and business documents as required.
  • Monitor and support health safety and security protocols within the office premises.
  • Support HR and line managers with staff leave tracking and maintaining accurate records.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize proficiency in MS Office applications for documentation and coordination.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
