Executive Chef, We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the efficient and successful operation of the kitchen and its staff. You will ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standard and presented in an attractive manner. You will direct the daily activities of all personnel in the kitchen and ensure that all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent culinary skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating high-quality dishes. Additionally, you should have outstanding organizational skills with a proven ability to manage large teams.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including menu planning & costing, food preparation & presentation, staff management & training
  • Develop new recipes to meet customer needs
  • Monitor food inventory & order supplies as needed
  • Establish quality control standards to ensure appropriate food preparation & presentation
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
  • Prepare periodic reports related to kitchen operations
  • Participate in team meetings & training sessions as necessary
