Overview

Job Title: Executive Chef

Location: El-Ain, UAE

Salary: 1700 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen staff, creating high quality meals, and ensuring all established health and safety regulations are followed. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

The ideal candidate should have a background in professional cooking, as well as a passion for creating unique dishes that will delight customers. The Executive Chef should also have excellent management and communication skills, as he/she will be responsible for training and motivating kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
  • Create interesting menus with seasonal ingredients
  • Train and motivate kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety standards
  • Monitor stock levels, order supplies as needed, and take action when any discrepancies or shortages are identified
  • Work closely with Front of House managers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times
