Role Summary

The Executive Assistant to the Group CEO will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Office of the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, prioritize, and control the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Act as primary gatekeeper to the CEO, reviewing and filtering meeting and communication requests, ensuring only relevant and high-priority matters reach the CEO.
  • Draft, review, and prepare accurate and professional executive communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails, memos, internal correspondence, and external messages.
  • Coordinate and organize high-level meetings with board members, regulators, strategic partners, ambassadors, and senior stakeholders, ensuring all logistics, agendas, and supporting documents are prepared in advance.
  • Prepare concise briefing notes and supporting materials when required, ensuring the CEO has the necessary context and key points ahead of meetings.
  • Track and monitor action items, decisions, deadlines, and follow-ups linked to the Office of the CEO, ensuring timely execution without requiring CEO intervention.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate coordination and flow of information related to CEO priorities.
  • Arrange and manage business travel, logistics, itineraries, and protocol requirements, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality across all matters, handling sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Support the CEO in coordinating personal scheduling and logistics where necessary to ensure overall time efficiency and balance.
  • Represent the CEO’s office with professionalism in communication, conduct, and follow-through, ensuring alignment with the organization’s standards and brand.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives or C-level leadership in a corporate, financial services, or multinational environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft and edit executive-level communication.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to exercise discretion, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.
  • High level of professionalism, interpersonal effectiveness, and stakeholder management capability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and modern communication platforms.
