Job summary

A luxury perfumery house in Dubai is looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant to provide key support in operations. This role requires a professional with strong communication skills and experience in client-facing roles. Responsibilities include drafting client communication, managing invoices, and supporting logistics with the Singapore team. Ideal candidates should possess a valid UAE residency visa, a car, and proficiency in English. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a monthly salary of $1000.

Qualifications

  • Own visa, car, and laptop.
  • Previous experience in hotel sales or client-facing roles preferred.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, edit, and send emails to clients and prospects.
  • Prepare, edit, and track invoices and related documents.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse stock with strict inventory control.
  • Support smooth logistics coordination with the Singapore team.

Skills

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

As we grow, we are currently seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant. This role is a key support position within our Dubai operations, requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong client-facing communication.

📍 Location: Belgravia Square, JVC, Dubai

🕰 Working Days & Hours:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Remote two days, one day in office
Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, edit, and send emails to clients and prospects
  • Prepare, edit, and track invoices, quotations, and related documents
  • Follow up promptly on client communications
  • Organize and maintain warehouse stock with strict inventory control
  • Prepare delivery notes and coordinate client deliveries efficiently
  • Support smooth logistics coordination with our Singapore team
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support office and workshop operations
Requirements
  • Valid UAE residency visa and ability to work legally
  • Own visa, car, and laptop
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in hotel sales or client-facing roles preferred
  • Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF, and basic invoicing
  • Comfortable using apps such as Porter for scheduling deliveries
  • Strong coordination skills, including cross-border logistics support
