Overview
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and broader leadership team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day coordination, communication, and time management for executive functions.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel schedules for the CSO and senior leadership.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company and personnel information.
- Draft, review, and manage executive communications, reports, and presentations.
Operations & Coordination
- Serve as the liaison between executives and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track action items and ensure timely execution across departments.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and external stakeholders as needed.
- Manage basic office operations and procurement tasks.
Project Assistance & Reporting
- Assist in preparing business reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Support the CSO with sales documentation, CRM updates, and executive summaries.
- Help plan and execute internal events, workshops, or executive offsites.
- Continuously improve processes and workflows for executive efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in executive assistance, office administration, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools like Calendly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work under pressure, and adapt to change.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Competitive Salary: 3,500 – 4,000 AED
