Candidates need a degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying and at least 5 years of experience with exhibition stands. Comprehensive knowledge of joinery materials and exhibition standards is essential. This position offers a full-time employment type with a competitive salary up to 13K AED.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with small to large exhibition stands.
• Proven experience in preparing detailed BOQs and cost breakdowns.
• Strong knowledge of Joinery materials and exhibition stand construction.

• Responsible for cost planning, detailed breakdown quotations, supplier, and approvals across exhibition projects (small to large-scale stands).
• Develop and manage project cost sheets (materials, labor, logistics, subcontractors).
• Source, evaluate, and maintain approved supplier and contractor lists. Coordinate approvals with suppliers, contractors, and exhibition site teams.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience with small, medium, and large exhibition stands
• Must have proven experience in preparing detailed BOQs and cost breakdowns
• Strong knowledge of Joinery materials, finishes, and fabrication methods. Exhibition stand construction systems. Ceiling, flooring, lighting, and structural elements.
