A multinational engineering consultancy is looking for a Testing & Commissioning Engineer in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in rail project testing and commissioning, a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Systems Engineering, and be familiar with applicable standards. Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in testing & commissioning for rail projects.
• Certifications in ISTQB and PMP are advantageous.

About the Role

The Testing & Commissioning Engineer manage and verify the successful completion of FAT SAT and commissioning works ensuring the rail systems are ready for operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and document all testing and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders during FAT SAT and system go-live.
• Resolve technical issues and validate functional readiness.
• Ensure alignment with commissioning standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience: 1215 years in testing & commissioning for rail projects.
• Education: Bachelors in Electrical/Electronics/Systems Engineering.
• Certifications: ISTQB (preferred); PMP (advantageous).
• Standards & Compliance: ISO 17025, IEC 62278, RTA standards.
