About the Role:

The System Assurance Specialist will lead the development and implementation of assurance strategies covering safety RAM (Reliability Availability Maintainability) and quality across all project systems. The role ensures compliance with international assurance standards and RTA regulations while supporting certification and operational readiness milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement System Assurance Plans (SAP) RAM Plans and Safety Cases
• Coordinate with discipline leads on hazard identification, risk assessments and mitigation tracking
• Interface with Independent Safety Assessors (ISAs) and third‑party reviewers
• Monitor and report on assurance deliverables throughout project phases
• Ensure alignment with EN 50126, EN 50128 and EN 50129 standards

Requirements:

• MSc/BSc in Systems, Electrical or Railway Engineering
• Minimum 15 years experience in assurance roles for metro/rail infrastructure
• In‑depth knowledge of RAMS methodologies, safety assurance frameworks and system certification
• Prior GCC experience, ideally with RTA or ISA coordination exposure
• Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement and audit‑readiness capabilities
