Enterprise Account Manager-Chinese Speaking-Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and developing new accounts to help the business gain greater market share.
2. Accomplishing sales and margin targets by selling telecom and IT products and services such as IPLC, MPLS VPN, IP Transit, data centre, and IT integrated solutions in Dubai and assigned regions.
3. Working closely with other internal senior staff and external parties to organize various components needed to initiate, run, and conclude sales projects by following sales policies, practices, and procedures.
4. Developing and constructing good resources for providing services and products for our company.
5. Analyzing sales figures, undertaking market research, and preparing proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
6. Building and maintaining effective relationships and a high level of satisfaction with direct decision-makers of clients.
7. Involving in the development of new products and services to satisfy demand from clients, keeping up to date with products and maintaining high standards of service.
8. Being responsible for all relevant issues within the Account Manager Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.
9. Proposing working processes for approaching clients and selling services of our company.
10. Fulfilling all working targets set by your line manager and providing weekly reports to your line manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Strong sales experience and project management skills, ideally focusing on enterprise business within IT and telecom fields.
3. Knowledge of IT and telecom products and services.
4. At least 3 years of previous working experience in sales of comprehensive telecommunications or IT services.
5. Familiarity with local culture and business aspects.
6. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and cross-cultural communication skills.
7. Logical and strategic thinking, self-motivated worker, as well as a team player.
8. Familiarity with the telecom market and customer resources will be considered a plus.
9. Language skills: fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written); Arabic language skills will be a plus.
