Responsibilities

• Audits mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design specifications across all project stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed, and IFC).
• Validates compliance with relevant technical codes, authority regulations, and project performance requirements.
• Reviews coordination among disciplines (Architecture, Structure, Landscape, Interiors) to ensure design integrity and functionality.
• Evaluates design efficiency, energy optimization, and system sizing to ensure cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
• Issues formal technical audit reports highlighting observations, compliance status, and corrective actions.
• Conducts follow-up reviews to ensure timely closure of technical comments and compliance deviations.
• Strong understanding of BIM-based coordination (Revit, Navisworks) for design verification and clash detection.
• Experience in value engineering and cost optimization for MEP systems is highly preferred.
• Over 10 years of exp and Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical or related degree.
