A leading logistics company is seeking an EMR Operations Technician in Dubai to manage equipment maintenance and oversee daily EMR operations. Qualifications

• Proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair operations preferably in logistics or container management.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with supplier management and audit processes.
• Knowledge of EMR policies and SOPs is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in data systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily EMR operations for the assigned location ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution.
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, inefficiencies, and behavioral patterns.
• Monitor EMR suppliers for quality assurance and productivity.
• Ensure full compliance with EMR policies and SOPs.
• Conduct unit cost analysis and support cost control initiatives.
• Propose and implement SOPs tailored to local operational needs.
• Track and manage equipment Out-of-Service (OOS) status.
• Perform regular depot audits to assess inspection and repair quality.
• Support procurement in identifying and evaluating potential EMR suppliers.
• Maintain and manage relevant systems to ensure high data quality.
