Position: Electrician

Key Responsibilities

• Install maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment on oil and gas rigs and facilities
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently
• Communicate with supervisors and clients to provide updates on work progress
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and technologies in electrical systems and equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a certified electrician apprenticeship program
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrician preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
