The Electrical Foreman supervises and coordinates the electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities onsite. Responsible for ensuring electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with standards and specifications. Leads a team of electricians and skilled workers, manages work schedules, and ensures quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work onsite
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, codes, and regulations
• Allocate work to team members and monitor their progress
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards
• Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety protocols
• Inspect work performed by electricians and skilled workers for quality and compliance
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and safety incidents
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and other subcontractors
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Manage inventory of electrical materials and tools
