What will I be doing?

As an EHS Coordinator, you will support the implementation and maintenance of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Food Safety standards across the hotel. You will assist in ensuring compliance with local government regulations, Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements, and Hilton policies, while promoting a safe and healthy environment for guests, Team Members, and visitors.

Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the HACCP Food Safety Management System.

Conducting routine inspections of food-related and operational areas and following up on corrective actions.

Assisting with internal audits, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Monitoring food handling, storage,, and temperature controls.

Coordinating food, water, and ice testing and maintaining records.

Supporting food safety and EHS training for Team Members.

Assisting with investigations related to food safety or hygiene concerns.

Supporting sustainability and Hilton Travel with Purpose initiatives.
