My client is seeking a passionate and qualified Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team in Abu Dhabi! We are a nurturing and dedicated nursery committed to providing a stimulating and secure environment for young learners to flourish.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Foster a love of learning through play-based activities, exploration, and discovery.
• Develop strong relationships with children, celebrating their individual needs and milestones.
• Collaborate effectively with other educators and parents to ensure a holistic learning experience.
• Maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.

Requirements

• Cache L3 qualification or above OR Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience working as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
• Experience teaching in a nursery in the UAE is preferred.
