Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle sales: prospect, outbound/cold-call potential merchants, and close new business opportunities globally.
  • Assess prospects' international payment needs and strategic priorities.
  • Manage pipelines and provide forecasts to meet and exceed targets.
  • Achieve tangible business results.
  • Stay informed on product, competition, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas.
  • At least 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in payments technology and global payment methods.
  • Experience in industries such as Games of Skill, Games of Luck, Affiliate Marketing, CBD, Forex, Crypto, Pharma is a plus.
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to drive new sales in a competitive landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-evolving startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and interpersonal areas.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency, ownership, and a positive attitude.
  • Leadership qualities with high energy, transparency, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are beneficial.
