Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads for property sales and leasing.

• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Negotiate offers, prices, and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Prepare and manage property listings on portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
• Coordinate with owners, developers, and internal teams.
• Assist clients with documentation including Form A, B, F, Ejari, and tenancy contracts.
• Stay updated with real estate market trends, pricing, and legal regulations in Dubai.
